What kinds of businesses can use recurring payments?
Any business that charges customers regularly, such as gyms, tuition centres, clubs,
subscription boxes, rentals, memberships and service plans.
Do I need a website or a developer to get started?
No. You create a plan in the Moby Omni dashboard and share it as a payment link by email,
WhatsApp or social media. There’s no coding, integration or website change involved.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
Customers can pay by card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay, or straight from
their bank account with direct debit through FPX. They choose how to pay when they sign up.
How much does it cost?

When do I receive my money?
Every successful payment is settled to your registered bank account. You can see each
payment and payout in the Moby Omni dashboard, so you always know what’s been collected
and what’s on its way.
What happens if a customer’s payment fails?
Moby retries the payment automatically, and customers get a reminder before their card
expires so the next charge goes through. If every retry fails, the plan pauses instead of
cancelling, so the customer can update their payment details and carry on.
Can customers pause or cancel on their own?
Yes. From the customer portal, customers can pause or cancel right away or at the end of their
paid period, and undo a scheduled cancellation if they change their mind. You decide which of
these options your customers can use.
Is my customers’ payment information secure?
Yes. Card details are entered on Moby’s secure checkout and never touch your systems, and
direct debit is approved through the customer’s own online banking. Customers sign in to
manage their plan with a one-time code, so there’s no password to forget or leak.
